Returns/Refunds/Credits
Mod Baby Bod strives to provide excellent products and hopes that our customers will feel the same way, therefore, if you are not satisfied with a product we accept returns/exchanges after 14 days following reciept of purchase less shipping.
(The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer with regards to returns.)
If a return is requested please call 1-877-423-0488 to discuss return or exchange. Store credit may also be issued.
Unfortunately, for hygenic reasons we cannot accept returns on body care items and those that have been special ordered. Also those products that are in less that "new" condition will not be accepted and the above will be sent back at the customers expense.
Cancellations:
Cancellations may be made to an order prior to shipping if the order has not been packed and ready to ship. Restocking fees may be applied at a rate of 15%.
If you wish to cancel your items after they have been shipped you may refer to the return/exchange policy and as mentioned, shipping and restocking costs will apply.
